Marmora Chicago, Illinois

In 2099, three brothers from Chicago banded together to form Marmora and set off on a rock & roll space odyssey. They traveled through time, searching for a fourth member to help them spread their gospel of rock, love, blues, and ultimate rips. They found him in the year 2015.

Together, they're ready to make love to the cosmos.

Track Name: Criterion
I’ve been searching so long
For something to believe in
A foundation to stand on
Something real
Something worth my time

Reach out / You’re so far away
Breathe in / You’ve been led astray

Everything is so broken
A false altar / My censure
Give me truth over what has been
Give me conscience
Over righteousness

Reach out / You’re so far away
Breathe in / You’ve been led astray
Come down from where you once stood
The truth is marred / The lines are blurred

Swallow your pride now
All you’ve ever known
All you disavow
Is why you stand alone
Track Name: Apathy
Everybody wants satisfaction
Everybody caught the disease
Born into mass consumption
“Yeah, everybody else but me”
Give in

A tailored lifestyle
A real snug fit for you
A life of excess
Still, everything seems fine
I can’t believe it
You always eat what’s fed to you
Fear / Money
God / Money
Hate / Money
Lies / Give in

Do we stand and watch
Until they get it right?
“Oh Lord, won’t you give me a sign?”
Lie around and wait
Until someone dims the lights
“Oh, it feels so good to be blind.”
